Familiar technology. A carefully considered installation.

A small workplace and a busy multi-building site need different things. We help you choose the Paxton approach that fits—and make it straightforward for your team to use.

Your Paxton project.
From the first conversation.

Supply & installation

Start with the doors.

We survey the proposed access points, establish who needs entry and review how the site will administer access. Our installation scope brings together the software, controllers, readers, power and locking.

Extensions & upgrades

Build on what you have.

Additional doors, changed permissions or a refurbishment can all prompt a review. We assess existing equipment, software and system capacity before setting out a compatible upgrade or extension.

Faults & maintenance

Find the cause. Keep it working.

Our engineers investigate reader, controller, power and locking issues. We can assess a system installed by another company and agree one-off attendance or ongoing maintenance.

Paxton systems.
Different ways to manage access.

Paxton Net2

Central administration.

Net2 provides PC-based management of door access. We select the appropriate software edition and equipment around the required permissions, schedules and administration. The proposal also addresses the computer or server arrangement and network requirements.

Paxton10

Access and video together.

Paxton10 combines access control and video management with a web-based interface. We plan its server, compatible controllers, readers and any video requirements together. Moving from Net2 requires a compatibility review of the complete installation.

Paxton Solo

A phone-based option.

Solo offers a separate cloud-hosted approach to mobile access. We assess connectivity, credentials and the operating requirements before recommending it. Read our Solo insight for the considerations behind the choice.

Less time managing keys.
More control over access.

A clear view of users and doors helps your team handle everyday changes with confidence. We configure the selected platform around your permissions and show your administrators how to use it.

  • Permissions organised around your people.
  • A practical handover for everyday administration.
  • The platform and features confirmed before installation.

Complete the system
at the door.

PaxLock Pro2 wireless locking.

Wireless handles can provide access control at suitable internal doors while reducing cabling to the door leaf. We assess PaxLock Pro2 against the selected Paxton platform, door construction, lock case, communication coverage and required exit operation.

The exact model, associated equipment and compatibility are confirmed for each installation.

Readers, locks and intercoms.

A working installation depends on more than the software. We coordinate reader positions, the appropriate locking, door closing, power supplies and release functions.

Where visitor entry is required, we can include suitable Paxton Entry equipment or assess a compatible intercom arrangement. The door-release interface is considered as part of the security design.

Ready for the people
who use it.

We agree the installation programme and arrangements for maintaining building access during the work. Commissioning checks cover the proposed credentials, permissions and schedules alongside the actual behaviour of the doors.

Our handover includes the agreed records and guidance for the people administering the system, so routine changes such as issuing access and removing a leaver are clear.

  • Readers, controllers, power supplies and cabling.
  • Appropriate locks and agreed exit arrangements.
  • Users, access groups and operating schedules.
  • Required interfaces and door-operation tests.
  • Administrator handover and support arrangements.

A simple touch.
A more considered door.

The reader is the part everyone sees. Behind it, we coordinate controllers, power, locking and exit arrangements so the complete installation works as intended.

  • Choose credentials that suit your users.
  • Review existing equipment before replacing it.
  • Keep a clear route to maintenance and support.

An existing system
deserves a proper review.

A reader that stops responding, a door that will not secure or an intermittent access fault can involve several parts of the installation. We check the symptoms and investigate the equipment, configuration and physical door operation.

Remote help is available where the system and permissions allow it. Physical faults may require an engineer to attend.

You can contact us without an existing maintenance contract. For planned support, we agree the scope, service visits and response arrangements around your site.

Your questions.
Clear next steps.

Can you install additional doors on our Paxton Net2 system?

Yes. We review the current software, controllers, network and access requirements, then identify the equipment and configuration needed for a suitable extension.

Can we replace Net2 with Paxton10 and retain everything?

Reuse depends on the exact equipment. Net2 and Paxton10 are distinct platforms, so we review compatibility and plan the migration before agreeing what can remain.

Can you maintain a Paxton installation fitted by somebody else?

Yes. We assess the installation and the system access available before agreeing the work. We can also investigate individual faults without an existing maintenance agreement.

Do you install Paxton for offices and schools?

Yes. We work with businesses, education sites and delivery teams. We select the platform and locking around the building, the users and the agreed access and escape requirements.

Let’s talk about
your Paxton system.

Tell us the system name if known, the doors involved and whether you need installation, an extension or support. Drawings and equipment photographs are useful starting points.
