We assess the supported integration with your membership, booking or directory platform. DoorFlow’s directory includes workplace and membership connections; we confirm the exact workflow before promising automation.
Make access part of a better customer experience. Digilec connects DoorFlow with compatible business software and carefully selected door hardware, so memberships and bookings can flow through to entry.

The complete experience matters: becoming a member, arriving at the building, reaching the right space and leaving safely. We help you plan it as one journey.
A new member signs up. An employee changes role. A visitor books a session. Where a supported integration is available, DoorFlow can connect access administration with the system that already manages those activities.
We start with your actual workflow: which records create access, what the permitted hours should be and how changes or cancellations are handled.

Agree the entrance route, internal doors and access window. For timed access, we consider early arrival, booking changes and the process for helping someone who cannot enter.
Select compatible controllers, readers and credentials, then coordinate locking and the required exit arrangements. PIN-based access is an option where supported by the selected equipment and workflow.

Where supported, DoorFlow connects access administration with the software your team already uses. We confirm how records, permissions and cancellations should behave before configuring the integration.
For Gamepath’s London attraction, Digilec installed DoorFlow cloud access control using Axis door controllers and HID readers. This let the team manage access through the same web platform used for its other sites.
The wider project also included an Ajax Fibra hybrid intruder alarm and separate Ajax CCTV for the merchandise shop and entrance.
Explore our featured project ↗We work with compatible Axis controllers, HID readers and Aperio wireless locking in DoorFlow installations. The selection follows the door, credential, connectivity and operational requirements.
Aperio can offer a way to add suitable internal doors without running a cable into every door leaf. We assess the lock and hub arrangement alongside the rest of the system.
For an existing building, we review the installed equipment and the scope for retaining suitable components. For new projects, we coordinate with the M&E team, door supplier and site network team.
Explore Aperio wireless locking ↗We commission the agreed permissions, schedules and integrations, including testing the intended access journey. Your administrators receive a handover covering the everyday tasks and agreed support arrangements.
Digilec can maintain the physical system, investigate faults and assist with permitted configuration changes. Remote support is available where the equipment and authorised system access allow it.
Planning a new site? Send us your floor plan, door list and the software you use for memberships or bookings. If you already have DoorFlow, tell us what needs to change.
Maintenance and fault support ↗We can review the supported connection for your provider, including OfficeRnD or Nexudus, and confirm how membership, permissions and cancellations will be handled.
Yes. We assess the booking workflow, entrance route, access method and practical arrangements for customer assistance. The final design must also address safe exit and the site’s operating procedures.
Not necessarily. We survey the current installation and identify which components are suitable for the proposed DoorFlow design.
Tell us about your doors, users and booking or membership software. We’ll help shape a DoorFlow installation around them.
