Wireless equipment can be useful where new cabling would be disruptive. Wired Fibra and hybrid arrangements offer other options for renovations, larger properties or an existing cable infrastructure.
Digilec is trained and accredited for Ajax Superior and Fibra products. We recommend the appropriate system around the survey and any insurer requirements, rather than choosing equipment solely for its appearance.
For higher-risk properties, we can assess whether a Grade 3 design is required and whether compatible Ajax Superior Grade 3 wireless equipment suits the brief. Not every Ajax device or combination forms a Grade 3 system.

As an SSAIB-certificated company, Digilec can provide monitored intruder and hold-up alarm systems with police-response arrangements. We agree the monitoring and maintenance requirements as part of the proposal.
Police response depends on a suitable monitored system, the required approvals and applicable police policy. App notifications alone do not provide police response.
We also explain the difference between receiving an alert yourself and having professional alarm monitoring. Together, we can choose the arrangement that suits the property and the response you need.

Digilec can provide servicing, fault investigation and authorised remote technical support for compatible equipment. We help with use of the system and app, and advise when an on-site visit is needed.

Can Ajax DoorBell be part of our home security?
Yes. We can include Ajax DoorBell in the proposal, checking power, network coverage, app access and the recording arrangement alongside your alarm and cameras.
Can we use Ajax alarms and cameras together?
Yes. Compatible Ajax video and alarm equipment can be managed through the Ajax app. We design the coverage, recording and permissions around your home.
Can the alarm be fitted without extensive new cabling?
A wireless or hybrid design may reduce new cable runs. We survey the property and check signal performance and the required equipment before confirming the installation.
Can you provide monitoring for a residential property?
Yes. We can discuss a suitable monitored system, keyholder arrangements and police-response eligibility where required.
