Front of house. Back of house.
Consider customer entrances, stock areas, offices and service routes. We plan detection and video around operating hours, staff responsibilities and the areas that need protection after closing.

Your premises. Your people. Your hard work. Digilec brings Ajax alarms and video together in a security system designed around your business.
From a single shop to a busy commercial site, we bring the right equipment and a clear support plan together around the way your business operates.
Consider customer entrances, stock areas, offices and service routes. We plan detection and video around operating hours, staff responsibilities and the areas that need protection after closing.
Agree who can set and unset the alarm, who receives alerts and which areas need separate arrangements. CCTV coverage should support the actual security brief and authorised working practices.
Review dispersed spaces, stores, circulation routes and suitable external areas. We assess the environment, cable routes and radio coverage before selecting devices.
Ajax Superior provides professional installation options, including wired Fibra and compatible wireless equipment. A hybrid design can accommodate different parts of a building without treating every area the same.
Digilec is trained and accredited for Superior and Fibra products. We assess the required alarm grade, equipment compatibility, communications and monitoring before defining the system.
Ajax Superior Grade 3 wireless equipment offers an option for suitable higher-risk applications. The specified devices and complete system design must meet the project’s requirements; Grade 3 does not apply to every Ajax product.
Read our Grade 3 wireless insight ↗Good security is more than a collection of devices. We bring detection, video, communications and day-to-day control together around what your business needs.

Genuine Ajax devices shown. Product and feature selection varies by project.
We design camera coverage around the detail your team needs, from entrances and circulation to agreed stock and service areas. Selected Ajax cameras support AI object detection and features such as line-crossing detection, depending on the model and configuration.
We agree recording duration, storage and remote viewing requirements. NVR-based recording can support a local archive, with authorised viewing through the Ajax applications.
Alarm and video use can be brought together in the Ajax app. Where useful, supported scenarios can connect alarm events, cameras and control devices. We define and test the intended response rather than assuming all devices behave identically.
Explore commercial CCTV installation ↗At The Paddington Bear Experience in London, Digilec installed Ajax Fibra detection across back-of-house and dispersed areas, with wireless devices where cabling was impractical.
The merchandise shop and entrance received a separate Ajax camera system and NVR, giving authorised users alarm control and video viewing through the Ajax app.
View the featured project ↗A camera should help your team focus. On supported Ajax cameras, line-crossing analytics can highlight activity at a defined boundary—such as a service entrance or restricted approach.

Agree the boundary and the activity your team needs to review.
Set the available analytics around the selected camera and scene.
Decide who receives notifications and how relevant footage is reviewed.
As an SSAIB-certificated company, Digilec can provide monitored intruder and hold-up alarm systems with police-response arrangements. We agree the monitoring and maintenance requirements as part of the proposal.
Police response depends on a suitable monitored system, the required approvals and applicable police policy. App notifications alone do not provide police response.
We discuss intruder and hold-up requirements, keyholder contacts, communications and the agreed escalation process. Suitable photo-verification equipment can provide additional visual information within the configured permissions.
For staff using the app, we help establish individual access rights and notification responsibilities. The system should make it clear who is expected to act.
We coordinate access, working hours and commissioning with the business, facilities manager or M&E contractor. Handover covers routine use, authorised administration and the agreed support contacts.
After installation, we can provide planned servicing, fault investigation and permitted remote support. We also review existing installations and can help establish a practical maintenance arrangement.
A site plan, equipment list or description of the current problems is a useful starting point. We can then agree whether the project needs a service visit, an extension or a new system.
Explore our intruder alarm service ↗Yes, subject to the selected architecture and a survey. We assess the required coverage, area control, communications and operating arrangements before selecting the equipment.
Yes. We can coordinate design information, equipment, installation and commissioning responsibilities with the main contractor and electrical or M&E team.
Authorised users can view supported equipment through Ajax applications. We confirm connectivity, permissions and recording access during configuration and handover.
Tell us about your premises, operating hours and existing systems. We’ll help you plan alarm and CCTV protection around the business.
